Spoke with the general contractor (John) whom was requesting a TCO. However, the remaining life safety issue has since been corrected and the installing contractor is preparing to call for a final inspection to test the fire alarm system. The addition of the single notification appliance in the break room may be added on the plans as an "as-built" change. These "as-built" plans must be provided to the field inspector for final inspection and delivered to City Hall records division for archiving after final inspection approval.
