The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

This is a change of occupancy therefore the space shall be brought up to current code requirments.

To remodel an existing mercantile space that at one time was going to be converted to an assembly art gallery. That permit BLD11-00268 was expired and tenant moved out. This permit will combine the previously mentioned 2,451 square foot space with the adjacent 1,752 square foot permitted under BLD11-00761. All work is to be conducted in accordance with the approved plans. Any remaining non-compliant work left in the expired permitted space must be removed prior to occupancy. Work includes: construction of noncombustible partitions to create a small office, demo one wall to combine the spaces, new doors / accessible hardware, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
