The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Permit for new business suite with new partition walls, new HVAC, plumbing, finishes and electrical in first time tenant suite. Scope of work to include 1 ADA bathrooms. Demo of existing unit heater. Nonbearing partition walls to create open office, 2 offices and a showroom/storage. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **AJS**
