This building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase and non-separated uses. To convert a 4,850 square foot office / warehouse to include a cabinetry shop in the warehouse area. Work is to include: installation of new dust collection system, installation of new UL listed paint booth, and minor sprinkler work. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
