The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

The fire sprinkler system is used for high-rise. Permit to create a 1,749 square foot restaurant tenant space on the second story of a new high-rise building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, bar stool counter eating, tables, chairs, a walk-in cooler, kitchen equipment, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board soffits and interior finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **AJS**
