(GMA CONSTRUCTION)(suite 130) Permit for tenant improvements to increase the area of an existing space from 3,500 sq. ft. to 7,178 sq. ft combining suites #130 and #140. Work to include new suspended ceilings, interior nonbearing partition walls, one new accessible restroom, removal of a section of demising wall, construction of a new demising wall, a new service sink and related interior finishes per the approved plans. This building is fully sprinklered for area increase; any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA #13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
