The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration. In addition, a grid was added to a new small patient wing an additional small grid was added to the new operating wing.

This permit is to construct a 14,320 square foot addition onto an existing single story 30,629 square foot hospital creating a new 44,949 square foot hospital. Plans approved in conjunction with BLD13-01539 for foundation and superstructure. Scope of work: construct new interior and exterior walls, installation of new plumbing, [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create additional sleeping rooms, operating rooms, and support rooms], new lighting, new accessible doors / hardware, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
