Building shell was constructed under BLD06-01450 and the TI BLD06-01451. There is a letter for modification to the exits from the penthouse unit’s under BLD06-01451 dated 6/18/08 approving the submitted change. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **AJS**
