The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Permit for interior remodel of existing tenant space. This area was last renovated under BLD06-01745. The core restrooms on this floor were upgraded under BLD10-00665. Scope of work included; move existing hard walled office's to create open floor plan per approved plans. The new tenant layout includes a relocated Break Room, new Conference Rooms and remodeled entry. The existing lighting will be removed and replaced with new fixtures. The existing celling grid will remain. This project will be in 2 phases. Exit signage relocated for new entry and exit from tenant space per the reflective ceiling plan. NOTE: This building is fully fire sprinklered for one-hour substitution. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
