Permit for minor tenant improvements to an existing 9,050 sq. ft. tenant space with work to include the removal of one interior bearing wall supporting the mezzanine above and replacing it wth a beam and two support columns. New interior nonbearing walls will be constructed on the existing storage mezzanine level to create a new office and parts room with the current means of egress from the mezzanine being maintained. Two offices on the grade level are being converted to new packaging rooms but no alterations are being made to these two rooms. All work per the approved plans and the attached engineering. NO STORAGE RACKING OVER 8 FEET IN HEIGHT IS ALLOWED UNDER THIS PERMIT. This building is fully sprinklered for area increase any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. CDM
