IPCO CHQ scope is to bring to code different elevators, elevator lobby, machine rooms in the building per owner request.

1)Passenger Elevators #1 thru #4
1.1)Basement: add 4 heat detectors at the elev pit within 24" of sprinkler head and 1 smoke detector at the Elev Lobby for elevator recall;
1.2)9th Flr, top of shaft: add 4 new smoke detectors and relocate 4 existing heat detector within 24" of sprinkler head;
1.3)Attic/Penthouse, elev mach room: add 3 new heat detectors and relocate 2 existing heats all within 24" of sprinkler head.
1.4) Attic/Penthouse, elev mach room: add relay for elevator control.
2) Freight Elevator #5
2.1) Attic/Penthouse, elev mach room: add 3 Control Modules for primary, secondary and fire hat elev control.
2.2) Attic/penthouse, elev vestibule: add smoke detector
3) Hydro elev #3, 2nd flr: add new smoke detector and relocate existing heat detector 24" to sprinkler head.
4) Plaza Bldg
4.1) Basement, elev mach room: add smoke detector and relocate existing heat detector 24" from sprinkler head;
4.2) Basement, elev mach rm: add 2 control modules for primary and secondary elev recall.

Existing FA System in the building, all new devices to tie to the closest existing IDNet devices in the area. Not associated witha building permit.
