I received an email from Charlie Bayne requesting a substitution from horn strobes to strobes only in the O.R., as requested in the previous activity from the owner. I informed him that it would be allowed and taht a plan modification would need to be submitted and approved prior to acceptance testing.

Craig Hanson forwarded me an email from the owner's rep. (Jeff Cramer) requesting a substitution of strobes from horn strobes in the O.R. / C-section area. I responded to Jeff via email indicating this would be allowed but the formal requrest would need to be resubmitted by SimplexGrinnell through a plan modification. Jeff responded to indicated that he directed the general contractor to have SimplexGrinnell to submit the plan mod.
