(Packing Corp of America) Permit for tenant improvements to the second floor with work to include the removal of some interior nonbearing partition walls, construction of new interior nonbearing partition walls and related interior finishes to create new conference room and office areas per the approved plans. All of the new conference rooms are less than 750 sq. ft.. This building is fully fire sprinklered for high rise provisions. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. This project will consist of 4 phases with a final certificate of occupancy being issued upon completion of the final phase. CDM
