Dante and I met today with a reduced size set of drawings. We discussed and noted the need to eliminate information from the drawings that was not part of the current phase of work. Dante agreed to resubmit drawings with clearer definition of the specific phase of work associated with the permit at hand.

Plans failed in prescreen review. Current submittal has all 3 phases of construction included in the initial submittal. This makes it difficult to determine the actual work. Dante is going to resubmit drawings in a manner that clearly deliniates the actual wok for the specific phase at hand. As permits are applied for, additional - phase related information will be added.

Dante submitted all 3 phases on this multi phased project but had not clearly identified the specific portion of the drawings that identify this phase (1) of the project. We discussed the difficulties this was presenting for review and inspection of the project via telephone call. Dante is going to bring in a set of drawings next week and we will review how it needs to be revised to clearly indicate the scope of work for each phase.
