The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Plan modification approved 4-30-14 ajs Tenant Improvement for College of Western Idaho in the first floor of the existing Lynx Building. Tenant space is 1797 sq ft .This interior project consists of new space configuration. New reception counter, office, storage and individual testing space along with the large testing room created with nonbearing partition walls. There is an occupant load approved by the Building Official for the large testing room. It shall be posted and is only approved for this permit. A new store front door and a portion of the ceiling grid will be replaced. This building if fire sprinklered and alarmed a separate permit is required for each.**ajs**
