See the city as-builts for devices marked "ok" that were tested today. As-builts show duplicate addresses in the elevator machine room that will need to be corrected. One smoke detector in the elevator machine room did not recall the elevator.

A temporary is being given as the work in the riser room and the in-fill is completed except for the elevator recall and related components. All other work outside of the in-fill has not been inspected/tested yet. Resubmittals are required to show the additional flow switch, tamper switch and instead of phone lines a DSC communicator has been installed. No final sign off untill plans are re-approved.

I spoke with Dante regarding the drawing submittal. I informed him that his current design did not indicated that his new panel would be monitoring existing systems. He informed me that the existing Radionics panel would be monitoring the existing devices. I let him know that this may be possible during the construction period but 2 fire alarm panels would not be allowed for a finished product. He is going to see if they can take over the existing points with their new panel. Drawings were failed on prescreen review.
