I received a phone call from Rick Groom of Northwest Fire. He indicated that Alarmstar had bid work at this site that they were not capabile of programming due to a proprietary system that Northwest Fire is certified on and the general contractor wants them to provide the programming. I informed him that Alarmstar has the issued permit and that if Alarmstar or the general contractor hires them to provide programming that an additional permit is not required. I also informed him that Alarmstar is still responsible for executing the work by whatever leagal means is available to them.

The heat detector that has been submitted does not appear to be compatible with the existing panel, the battery calcs are incorrect and the candela indicated on the drawing do not match its product data.
