The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Fire sprinklers used for high-rise. To create a 6,605 square foot office tenant space on the 18,300 square foot 14th story of a new high-rise building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors and sidelights, card readers, suspended acoustical ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
