AL'S - SOUTH TOWER, 2ND FLOOR - GURNEY STORAGE & UTILITY ROOM) Permit for tenant improvements to the second floor converting 3 patient rooms into a gurney storage room and splitting the extisting soiled linnen room into two separate rooms with one room remaining as a soile room and the other room being a utillity room. Work will include the removal of two interior nonbearing partition walls and related plumbing and electrical to create the gurney storage room and the construction of a new interior nonbearing partition wall to split the soiled linnen room into two rooms. Work also includes all related interior finishes. No corridor walls are being altered. All work per the approved plans. This building is fully fire sprinklered: any alteration to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
