Description	To modify an existing SK-5208 FACP. The bldg. is now being fire sprinkled with a new fire sprinkler system. The FACP will monitor the new sprinkler riser, (3) existing duct detectors, (1) existing pull station, (2) existing heat detectors in mech. rooms, (8) existing smokes for existing door holds, and (1) existing smoke above panel. The existing heat detectors zones (1-15), notification complete, all other pull stations and all other smokes will be disconnected blanked out and labeled for future use. Freed up spare zones will be re-programmed, labeled and tested 100%. A new AES 7788F Fire Radio will be installed. Associated with building permit BLD14-01440.

Provide plan modification showing all of the duct smoke detectors including the in-duct detectors and the remoter power supply on the second floor, provide verification the in-duct detectors are with-in their velocity listing for use in the HVAC units, provide verification the smoke detector at the second floor/north stairs is approved to be located outside of code requirements (detector is not shown on plans), install the heat detectors as shown on the approved plans or get approval to delete.

Items noted include; duct detectors and door holds throughout are not yet ready for testing or inspection, SD's for door holds at two locations second floor need relocated, post signage at the door to the FACP room, zones per plan do not match field install, HD at zone 17 has been deleted- however plans item #6 show to remain, need to provide as-builts reflecting changes prior to final, two knox boxes are posted, MP station is located at the main entry not at the fire riser room. Items tested today include; sprinkler riser supervision, SD at the panel, batteries, Netcon rating, offsite monitoring. Discussed remote indicators for duct detectors.
