Fire sprinklers used for building area increase. To perform the tenant improvement work within the 3,270 square foot pool addition (shell under permit BLD14-00719 and pool under permit BLD14-00735) and within a 1,014 square foot area within the existing building located next to the pool addition. Work is to include 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, bleachers, changing rooms, a changing room accessible to the disabled, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
