The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding protection to an air compressor room.

To construct a new 325 sq. ft. (16'-0" x 20'-4") air compressor room addition on side of existing 38,750 square foot building per the approved plans. Work to include: Pour a concrete slab on grade foundation; construct the 2-hour exterior walls per the approved assembly; construct the shed roof with TJI's and metal roofing. All work per the approved plans, engineering, and applicable adopted codes. "This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department." NOTE: This new addition is listed as unconditioned area.**SRZ**
