Description	The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of approximately 6”x11’ of C-900 underground pipe, fitting and thrust blocks. Lusk Apartments - (Grading Drainage, Utilities, and Structural footings and foundation) To form and pour footings and foundation only. This permit will also include site grading, drainage and underground utilities. The building will be constructed of concrete foundation with wood framed structure above. Work under this permit shall not proceed beyond the foundation until final approval of the plans and issuance of the next phase building permit. That permit will be for first floor walls and Post tension slab under BLD14-00684.
