Telephone call  12/17/2014 DONE
Rob Ahten called to say that the Vesda detection system for the main plenum area requires 14 day of operation to fully acclimate to the environment. He wanted to know if, since this is a supplemental system, would a temporary occupancy be allowed during the acclimation period if all else passed. Troy Cobbley confirmed with Scott Arellano that a temp occupance would be allowed with a successful test of other systems and a final test of the Vesda system could be performed after the 14 days.
Miscellaneous action  12/12/2014 DONE
Troy Cobbley informed me that there were some changes on site regarding ceiling notification changing to wall maount an the addition of a paging interface that is connected to the fire alarm system. I emailed Rob Ahten to let him know that if it is just a few notification changes, this can be shown on as built drawings but if it is several that he needs to submit a plan mod for review. Also, if the page interface is via relays it can be on as built drawings but if it was a data interface, a plan mod will be required to review compatibility.
Telephone call  12/12/2014 DONE
Rob Ahten called to clarify that there will not be a paging interface. However, there will be water leak monitoring and card access interface. This work will be done after initial acceptance and will be performed a s a plan mod or T.I.
