I called the applicant (Jo Green) to let her know that I was failing the application on pre screen review due to numerous deficiencies. The application was really just bid documentation. Items not provided included calculations, riser drawing and product data. I asked her to review the resubmittal with her fire alarm contractor to insure it was inclusive of the required documents. The same comments hold true for her application for FIR14-00519. I followed up the call with an email.
