The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.

To create a 3,505 square foot office tenant space on the 18,300 square foot 14th story of a new high rise building. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, interior doors and sidelights, card readers, suspended acoustical ceilings, millwork, and finishes. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 and the fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**________________________________________
