INSTALL NEW QUICK RESPONSE PENDENT SPRINKLER HEADS THROUGHOUT THE NEW TENANT SPACE AS REQUIRED FOR LIGHT HAZARD OFFICE OCCUPANCY.

To remodel most of the 8th story for a new 14,082 square foot whole story office tenant. Interior nonstructural demolition and early start was done under permit BLD14-01616. Work is to include interior nonbearing walls, suspended acoustical ceilings, gypsum board soffits and bulkheads, interior doors, interior windows, new fire doors (including a Won-door) to maintain the elevator vestibule, new fire doors on the stairway enclosures, millwork, and finishes. The existing restrooms were upgraded to be accessible to the disabled under a previous permit. The work is required to comply with the approved drawings, with the plan review report, and with all applicable codes and ordinances. The fire sprinkler system is required to comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the Fire Department. Quick-response sprinklers are required to be installed throughout the entire story. The fire alarm system is required to comply with NFPA 72 as regulated by the Fire Department. **CJW**
