To remodel a 5,423 square foot tenant space for a new salon. An early start was allowed under permit BLD14-02329. This tenant space is located on the 1st story of the West apartment wing of the Owyhee Place building. Egress from this tenant space is directly to the exterior at grade. Studios will likely be sublet to different practitioners. Work is to include a new exterior double leaf door, 2 restrooms accessible to the disabled, interior nonbearing walls, interior glass sliding doors with fixed glass sidelights, interior glass side-hinged swinging doors, suspended acoustical ceilings, millwork, and finishes.
