TVFP WILL ADD, RELOCATE, AND REMOVE HEADS AND LINES IN THE AREA OF WORK. THE NEW HEAD LAYOUT IS TO ACCOMMODATE THE REMODEL AND COMPLY WITH NFPA 13 STANDARDS. THE EXISTING EARTHQUAKE BRACING WILL STAY IN PLACE AND THE NEW HEADS WILL BE FED FROM EXISTING OUTLETS.

Permit is to remodel 4270 sf of existing office created under BLD11-01932. Scope of work to include substantial interior demolition of nonbearing interior walls to create large open office space, 2 new conference rooms leaving 5 existing offices, 1 server room, break room, reception area, and existing filing room. New framing of nonbearing noncombustible framing to create the 2 new conference rooms and repair of ceiling grid where needed.
