The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of a major renovation to an existing fire protection system . The riser is being relocated. A large area will now contain Group A plastic. Additional center rail mains are being added. Some sprinklers are being change to K=25 storage sprinklers. All walls were removed and new walls added. Therefore, additional branch lines were required.

Tenant improvements to an existing 43,673 sq ft building previously occupied by Toys R Us with work to include demolition of interior nonbearing partition walls, plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems. The existing vestibule and part of the storefront is also being removed with the vestibule being moved to the interior of the building. The front entry is undergoing some minor structural modifications to include a new entry canopy and decorative masonry work including a facade and columns. Several new RTUs are being placed at new locations. Interior modifications include new restrooms, office areas, break room, work room and storage rooms.
