The last building permit was to add an accessible restroom under BLD98-01407. Work to include: [construction of new interior partitions to create two private offices, a small office on the second floor and a conference room], new lighting, new millwork, new accessible doors / hardware, and finishes in compliance with chapter 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
