The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.
Contractor’s Note:
The building permit has not been issued at this time. The building department may determine that changes are required to the building plans in order to meet code. The changes may affect the sprinkler system. The sprinkler contractor will be obligated to make all necessary changes that may be required. Therefore, if the sprinkler contractor chooses to proceed without an issued building permit, they will do so on their own cognizance. This note does not constitute an early start agreement.
Remodel for a new office tenant with assembly boardroom to occupy the entire 12,539 square foot third floor of existing building per approved plans. This building was upgraded under BLD06-01825, it was fire sprinklered for story and area increase. Work to include: demolition of existing offices, [construction of new interior non-bearing walls to create 15 individual offices, 2 conference rooms, 2 committee rooms, 1 board room, 2 storage rooms, 1 staging room, IT closet, a waiting room, and related office areas], [construction of new fluid cooler enclosure next to existing building (per engineering)], installation of new chiller on the roof, new mechanical, new electrical, new lighting, new plumbing, installation of new accessible doors / hardware, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system.
