The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of reworking the riser for the new dry system in the parking garage and to change the standard response sprinklers to quick response sprinklers.

(BOISE CITY HALL – Phase II Code Improvements) The main scope of work within this permit is to upgrade the existing parking garage, Annex and CH2 to make them more seismically resistant. PLAN MODIFICATION 10-8-12 – Modification submitted to reconfigure the HR Dept. area. The area will now be mostly all open office without walls dividing the space into individual office. **TLW** A tenant improvement for a portion of the HR Dept in the Annex is also included within this scope of work. Work is to include: [structural upgrades including: new concrete sheer walls, new collectors, repair concrete beams, and concrete deck repair], [construction of interior non-bearing walls to create eight private offices, a conference room, and a copy room], exterior site improvements, and interior finishes. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **TLW**
