The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting a two level single family dwelling. New 1 ¼” poly pipe will supply the system. The system utilizes CPVC piping and extended coverage residential sprinklers.

WUI Zone A, Class A Roof, Permit for the construction of a new 3301 sq. ft., two story (first story 1404 sq. ft., second story 1897 sq. ft.) single family dwelling with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, approximately 408 sq. ft. of covered patio/porch and a 938 sq. ft. attached garage per the approved plans, plan review report and any notations. R-1A/DA zoning and setbacks per planning.
