For tenant improvements to increase the area of suite 102 to 8,000 sq. ft. by incorporating part of suite 100 with work to include the removal and construction of interior nonbearing partiton walls, related interior finishes, HVAC and electrical work per the approved plans. There is an existing one hour rated common corridor which is required to be maintained due to the existing sprinkler heads being standard response heads. this building is fully fire sprinklered for area increase. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
