The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of modifying the existing system throughout the building per NFPA 13 for light hazard. The existing system will be upgraded with a new 4" backflow, riser, floor controls, 4" feed main, 4" primary main, 3” secondary main and 1¼” branch line. Existing 1 1/4" lines will stay in place with new arm overs and quick response heads.

Tenant Improvement to the interior of all three floors of this existing 79,369 building per plans.
Exterior site improvements will be made to bring parking and access up to current codes, addition of security fencing and addition of covered car and bike parking. Demo permit under BLD14-03598. All building sprinkler and alarm systems must be maintained. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered for area increase and has an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **SRZ**
