Add, plug and relocate sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

Permit is to remodel an existing 2803 square foot office space previously occupied by SIMPLOT AGRIBUSINESS BLD00-03202. This permit is approved contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file and attached structural calculations. Work to include: interior non-bearing wall for three new offices, one new storage room and one new conference room, the offices also include engineered post and beam construction, installation of new lighting fixture with some of the existing lighting to remain, addition of new vertical grab bars in existing ADA compliant restroom, HVAC is existing and will not be modified, This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
