For the remodel of an existing 8,896 sq. ft. tenant space to downsize to 3,640 sq. ft. with work to include the removal and construction of interior nonbearing partition walls and the construction of a new tenant demizing wall. See BLD14-03716 for the adjacent tneant space. Accessibility upgrades include door hardware and upgrades to the existing service counter. This is a fully fire sprinklered building as a high rise. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
