The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of installing new drop pendent sprinklers throughout the permitted area per NFPA 13 for OH II. Drops will be fed from existing overhead system and protect below the new insulated ceiling. The space will be conditioned to not below 40°F. The space will have rack storage of produce not to exceed 12'.

New tenant with 1,847 sq. ft. of office and 15,286 sq. ft. of warehouse space within an existing building per approved plans. Work to include two new large cold storage rooms, some new interior walls, new ceiling work, new lighting...
