The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

The core restrooms and tenant space were created under BLD14-03699. Existing access floor system. Scope of work to include minor demolition as shown on approved plans. New interior nonbearing walls (option for wall system) to create break room, additional office space. Modifications to ramps and railing as needed in existing building. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical under separate permits. Lighting will be replacement of ballast and relocation of existing lighting. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. This building was built under BLD99-03146.
