The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding, plugging and relocating sprinklers to accommodate new wall and ceiling configuration.

FIELD INSPECTOR: All sprinklers on the entire second floor per the building code plan review are required to be quick response type. Please, do not approve the occupancy permit until this is accomplished. (Note: This could include areas outside the fire protection contractor’s scope of work)

(IPC)(2ND FLOOR REMODEL) 2ND FLOOR CORRIDORS ARE DOWNGRADED UNDER THIS PERMIT AT THEY ARE INSTALLING QUICK RESPONSE HEADS THROUGHOUT THE FLOOR. Permit for the Interior remodel of existing second floor office space. Improvements include, but not limited to, new walls and ceilings, finishes, lighting, power/data, and limited mechanical and plumbing. The existing corridors are being downgraded while the fire sprinkler heads are upgraded to quick response. The access floor system is existing. The "Man Trap" door hardware shall meet IBC chapter 10 and 11 requirements. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
