The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of converting canopies anti-freeze systems to wet. Remove check valves, control valves and tie existing systems directly into the existing wet systems. Remove pendent wet sprinklers in canopies and replace with dry pendent sprinklers. The owner is to provide insulation and heat access inside the canopies to prevent freezing. The systems have been designed for OH II (Mercantile). Sidewalk sales and display of merchandise is permitted.

There is no associated building permit for this project.
