The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of adding new racks storing group A plastics at 18’ high. A new rack riser is being added.

CRADLE POINT) For tenant improvements to expand the existing Cradle Point space from 19,623 sq. ft. to 29,553 sq. ft. The additional space is S-1 storage space to have racking installed under a separate permit. This building is fully fire sprinklered for area. Any alterations to the sprinkler system will require a separate permit and shall comply with NFPA 13 as regulated by the fire department. CDM
