Demo 3 existing heads, relocate 20 heads to new ceiling layout and add 3 new heads because walls moved

Permit is to remodel an existing 2,982 square foot space (Microfiche #970837) by combining with the adjacent 2,657 square foot space (Microfiche #970839) to create a total of 5,639 sq. ft. Work includes: removal of select non-load bearing walls between spaces, construction of new interior non-load bearing walls to create a conference room and a storage room, new lighting, new exit sign, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
