Supervision of the new NAC in D&B as well as functionality of audio/visuals in D&B passed. The riser gate valve tamper at the east end of D&B passed but the tamper at the west end failed. Contractor did not test flow/pressure switches on either riser in D&B. The sample tubes for the duct smoke detectors in the Grocery Warehouse need to be installed on the narrow side of the duct work or provide manometer testing to verify functionality. Hvac units will need to be tested in heat mode. Per conversation the existing manual pull station at the old panel location in D&B will be removed.
