(GOODWILL EASTER SEAL) Permit is to remodel an existing 2,700 square tenant space within a 34,233 square foot building. This building is fully fire sprinklered. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: installation of interior non-load bearing walls to create five new offices, relocation of existing light fixtures, relocation of existing mechanical ductwork, and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2009 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
