**(ADA COUNTY COURTHOUSE) (5th FLOOR JUDGES CHAMBER)** Permit is to remodel an existing 852 sq. ft. office space. Approval contingent upon adhering to the approved plans on file. Work to include: new installation of select interior non-bearing steel stud wall to create new office, new office door, new electrical, relocation of existing lighting fixtures, new mechanical duct work and interior finishes in compliance with Ch. 8 of the 2012 IBC. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **JG**
