[B & D Foods Maintenance Mezzanine]
The fire sprinkler scope of work consists of protecting below a new mezzanine used for maintenance. A new 2 ½” connection to an existing 4” crossmain will supply the new small side feed sub system.

(B&D FOODS) (STORAGE MEZZANINE) Plan modification approved 6/18/15 for reduced scope of work, see approved plans and plan mod application. **ajs** This building is fire sprinklered for area increase. Permit to construct a new 1,643 sq. ft. mezzanine for storage at the northwest corner within an existing building. Mezzanine square footage does not add to the overall building square footage however, it does add to the fire area. Work to include structural components of new mezzanine per stamped plans and calculations, one new metal stairway, one new wood stairway between storage and office. Special inspection noted on form #310. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
