(B&D FOODS)(CULINARY CENTER)Minor construction within existing warehouse, adding (3) walls and ceiling structure to enclose a new kitchen area. Area above kitchen designed for light weight storage, accessed by ships ladder with guard rails. Scope of work to include opening in existing exterior wall for hood termination, MAU unit outside of building with CMU screen. Special inspection required per engineer. Structural calculations included for the storage mezzanine. Plumbing, mechanical and electrical as noted on plans. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department.**ajs**
