Scope of work to include minor demolition and modification of nonbearing partition walls to create new offices and conference rooms. Infill of existing store front doors with glazing. New ADA compliant reception counter will be added, ATM to be relocated. Interior door for main entrance vestibule will be reinstalled. Infill of 1 hour rated corridor as shown on approved plans. One hour corridor shall be maintained. This building is fully Fire Sprinklered with an approved Fire Alarm system. Any alterations or modifications to the buildings Fire Sprinkler or Fire Alarm system WILL REQUIRE A SEPARATE PERMIT and shall be installed per NFPA 13 & NFPA 72 as regulated by the Boise Fire Department. **ajs**
